Pablo Cavazos, CPA, CGMA, MPM 
Managing Partner

Pablo has been in public accounting since 1997. He possesses a well-blended background of public along with private accounting experience. Pablo spent years as a financial controller in a steel manufacturer and later a global software company, enabling him to gain experience in diverse industries. Pablo's career in public accounting started at KPMG Monterrey office in the tax department. Years later moving to Phoenix, Arizona he joined Roman & Company CPA's, helping clients in orchestrating the start-up, growth, and optimization of their businesses.   

Pablo is a Certified Public Accountant in the state of Arizona. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and the Arizona Society of Certified Public Accountants. Pablo is also a past member of the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners. Pablo graduated from the Tecnologico de Monterrey university with a dual Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance. He also holds a master's degree in Project Management from Northern Arizona University.


Adriana Cavazos
Partner, Tax & Accounting

Adriana's experience in public accounting started in 1996 at Urdiales Asesores, a local CPA firm in Monterrey Mexico. Her role was to help small businesses with all their accounting and tax needs, from bookkeeping to tax return preparation. Years later Adriana joined KPMG Monterrey as a Tax Manager where she assisted her clients in reducing their tax liability while mitigating the risk of an audit from the tax authorities. When she moved to Phoenix, Arizona she joined Villanueva & Company where she helped her clients in all accounting-related matters, ranging from financial statements preparation, compilations and reviews, as well as individual and corporate tax return preparation.

Adriana holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Auditing from Universidad Autonoma de Nuevo Leon. She has actively served the accounting community by being a lecturer for the Nuevo Leon Institute of Public Accountants in tax related topics. Adriana has also taught internal training courses at KPMG Monterrey and has served as an assistant professor at Tecnologico de Monterrey university. She is also a notary public in the state of Arizona.
